1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with our software, you can return it for up to 30 days after the purchase for a full refund.

2. No Refunds After 30 Days
After 30 days from the purchase, we do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Non-use of the software after purchase.

  • Dissatisfaction with the features, performance, or functionality of the software.

  • Accidental purchases or mistaken subscriptions.

  • Failure to cancel an auto-renewing subscription before the renewal date.

  • Incompatibility with user systems or other software.

  • Subscription cancellations after the renewal date.

3. Exceptions Required by Law
Refunds will only be issued in cases where required by applicable law. If you reside in a jurisdiction that mandates refunds under certain conditions (e.g., consumer protection laws or statutory cooling-off periods), you may be eligible for a refund in accordance with those legal requirements. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within the legally required timeframe and accompanied by all necessary supporting documentation.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not guarantee a refund. If a chargeback is initiated without valid legal grounds, we reserve the right to terminate your access to our services and take necessary legal action.
